looking for a sci-fi film - dark war scene tanks laser guns?

it was some sort of sci fi movie, maybe in the nearfuture - some war -
post apocaliptic situation was going on....
it take place in some kind of middle europe dark after-war place.
there are tanks or maybe one tank which is some kind of hard to kill
thing. And i think they are shooting with laser guns.
I guess it should be around 1982-94 since i saw it around 94 in the
Hungarian television - so the film was 100% not brand new that time. I
was so small i can't even remember anybody or anything else, just, the
dark and postapocaliptyc feeling.
